School Colours

The school colours below are part of a strict dress code which we ask parents to observe. 

We also ask parents to ensure that children do not attend with hairstyles that are inappropriate for school eg shaven ‘Nike’ on head, fancy hair accessories etc.

Boys:   grey shorts/trousers; white shirt/sky-blue polo shirt; grey pullover/navy sweatshirt (with

           ‘Sudley’ logo, available from Laser Schoolwear (92 London Road, Liverpool 3); grey socks;

black shoes.  

Girls:   grey skirt/pinafore/culottes/tailored trousers (if you are unsure of the suitability of the

            trousers – please bring them into school to check); white blouse/sky-blue polo shirt; grey

            cardigan/jumper/navy sweatshirt (as above); white socks (no fancy socks/tights); black

            shoes; summer dress in blue and white check;  sensible sandals preferably in a dark colour.

PE:      Plain, white T-shirt, plain navy shorts, pumps.  No leotards, fancy underwear, logos etc.

*  Sky-blue polo shirts with ‘Sudley’ logo are available from Laser Schoolwear.

*  Plain navy or sweatshirts with sports logos are NOT acceptable, please wear grey

    cardigan/jumper as an alternative to the school sweatshirt.  This decision was ratified at the

    governors' meeting on 14 February 1996.

*  No trainers!  

*  PE bags are available from school at £2.50.

*  Navy blue caps with school logo on are available from school at £4.

*  Please mark your child's name clearly on all clothing.  Lost property can be located in the

    Reception cloakroom. 

*  I would prefer that children wear a plain coloured coat to school.
