Dear Parents, Guardians, Friends & Governors

Marie Curie Our donations for the Marie Curie daffodils raised £117 this year.

Photographer The photographer will be in school on Thursday, 27 May. If you have more than one child in the school the photographer will take family photographs unless you request, in writing, in a note to the classteachers that you would like individual photographs of your children instead. There is no obligation to buy the photographs.

Suncream Following a management meeting last week, I need to let you know our policy on suncream which remains the same this year. We ask parents to put on suncream in the morning, before school, so the children are protected for the day. We ask this because -
* Children will not have tubes/containers out in the playground - a number of our
children have allergies against certain creams and lotions.
* Application is done by you - you know your child best in these matters eg where you put
it, how much is needed.
* There is no risk that children will put it on other children.
* You won't forget as you only have one or two children to deal with.

If your child has special medical needs in regard to suncream, please let Mrs Williams or
Mrs Bain know.

To the parents of Year 2 children Miss Underwood would like to meet all the Year 2 parents on 22 June at 2 pm in the Junior School - please try to attend this important meeting.

Sudley Junior School ask us to split Owls, Linnets and Finches into three new classes to ensure that there is a blend of all ability levels within each class (it is not possible to take into account children's friends in or out of school when the new class lists are made).

29 May 'Perfectly Frank' evening. Do support Gussie's dad - David Knopov
who is doing a fantastic show for us to raise money for our
playground.
